Elias Tahan establishment "ELTA" was founded in 1983, it is a commercial establishment dealing with the field of construction headed by its founder Mr. Elie Tahan, assisted by Engineer Gaby Khoury and Bernard Tahan who supervise the work follow-up and accurate execution.

The foundation started its path in 1983 in its first residential project in Sarba Area – Jounieh consisted of 4 buildings. This project lasted until the year 1995 due to the war conditions that the country passed through at that time. This was the first residential project in this area and it consisted of 80 flats, 4 big warehouses and 6 commercial shops.

In 1989, this establishment started the construction of Mr. Elie Tahan's residence in Adma – Lebanon, which consisted of 3 floors, a warehouse and gardens. It is located on a hill that overview the area from Jbeil to Beirut. This project was not accomplished due to the bombing during the fights that took place in that area at the time of the civil war in 1990. The work stopped in this project accordingly. ?

In 1995, the residential project in Sarba – Jounieh was accomplished. The establishment started studying a new residential project in Haret Sakher Area. In 1998, the foundation stones of Haret Sakher project were placed after overcoming some related legal obstacles. This project consists of 3 buildings containing 38 flats (distributed into 4 sizes) and 3 commercial shops. This project, which overviews Jounieh gulf and the coastal area from Jbeil to Beirut on one hand and Harissa mountain on the other hand, is considered as one of the most beautiful and luxurious residential projects in the area due to its distinguished location overviewing the sea and the mountain, the mastered execution work and the luxury of the flats. This project was completely accomplished in the year 2005. ?

In the same year, another residential project was prepared in Sahel Alma Area. Execution of this project began in the midst of 2006. This residential project "SAHEL 906" consists of two buildings containing 18 flats (175m2 and 205m2). This project enjoys the privilege of overviewing the gulf and the mountain, highly luxurious and modern style design. ?

At the time being, the establishment is studying and discussing a project for constructing a house for Mr. Elie Tahan in Al Kfour Area – Ftouh Keserwan.

This establishment was founded years ago with continuous progress and success, thanks to peoples' trust and the high quality of accuracy and design.
